Triton acquires a majority in OBH Nordica

Triton funds have acquired a majority stake in OBH Nordica, leading in Scandinavia on small electric houshold appliances, as well as hair- and personal care. OBH Nordica has today 136 employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Czech Republic and China. The turnover for 2010 is expected to be approximately 950 MSEK. The former owners will remain part of management and will continue to run the business. The new ownership structure is a natural step towards an international expansion for OBH Nordica and a possible stock exchange listing in the future.
