MKB acquired the undeveloped property from Victoria Park AB. According to current zoning plan it is possible to build 9 000 square meters worth of housing on the property. Moll Wendén has advised MKB on this acquisition and the property value amounts to 43 million SEK.
The acquired property is located along Annetorpsleden next to the area Victoria Park. The acquisition involves 125 building permissions and according to the zoning plan it is possible to build 9 000 square meters of housing in four storey buildings including a interposed fifth floor.
Victoria Park leaves the property during the spring of 2015.
