The board of XANO Industri AB (publ) has suggested that decisions are taken regarding the listing and spinoff of the wholly-owned subsidy AGES Industri AB to its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 8th May 2014. If the shareholders vote in accordance with the proposition, AGES will be listed on NASDAQ OMX First North Premier with preliminary first day of trading at 16th May 2014. NASDAQ OMX has audited AGES’ General Description and thereafter approved AGES future listing. The decision is conditional upon the approval by the Annual General Meeting in XANO.
AGES has on the 10th April 2014 acquired all shares in Solna Pressgjuteri AB and ADC of Sweden AB. Solna Pressgjuteri is a system supplier of refines die-cast aluminium and zinc. The company supplies die casted, machined and assembled components and systems in industries such as automotive, defense and marine. ADC of Sweden in Kulltorp is a complete system supplier of die-castings in aluminium. The businesses have a total turnover of 80 MSEK with an operating margin of around ten per cent. The companies employ a total of 44 people.
