Briggen acquires in Väla Södra Industrial Park, Helsingborg

Briggen bought property Grusgången 2 in Helsingborg. The property consists of 2800 square meters of office and warehouse space. Moll Wendén has advised Briggen in this transaction.

The acquired property address, Pinnmogatan 1, consists of 2800 square meters of office and warehouse space. The investment amounts to 22 million kronor after a reduction for assessed deferred tax and transaction costs totalling 0.8 million kronor. Access has been granted.

The property is located in Väla Södra industrial park, where Briggen is already strongly represented with a number of properties. The current property complements Briggen’s existing property portfolio and is fully leased.

Briggen is one of the largest property owners in the region. They manage and develop office and commercial venues in Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg and Copenhagen.

Briggen is part of Castellum, one of Sweden’s largest private property owners. Castellum is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB Large Cap.
