The NEA-group has acquired all shares in Värnamo Elservice AB. The NEA-group, owned by Imtech N.V., is one of Sweden’s largest electrical with a turn-over of approx. 2 500 million SEK. MOLL WENDÉN has been the NEA-groups’ legal counsel in the process.
The NEA-group has acquired all shares in Värnamo Elservice AB. The acquisition is part of NEAs’ strategy to enhance its position in Småland, and an investment in future growth within the region, according to their press release (Swedish only).
Värnamo Elservice AB has 15 employees and a turn-over of about 17 million SEK. The company, focusing on electrical installations and services, was founded in 1985 and has made a profit ever since, with the exception of a few years. The sales representatives, Stellan Hellberg and Lennart Modeé, will continue to be a part of the business also after the transaction-process in order to ensure stability and a smooth integration.
