Moll Wendén was Norway Post’s external legal advisor in the transaction.
– The acquisition is in line with the Groups strategic investment in Sweden and it means that we strengthens our position within cross-border transports to and from the Nordic area, says Dag Mejdell, CEO Norway Post in their press release.
IntertranspedlA was founded in 2000 and acquired the subsidiary Ytrans in 2007. The companies specialise in international road haulage services for singel consignments, as well as full and part loads to Central and Eastern Europe, as well Turkey. The turnover is 200 MSEK for the two companies combined.
Earlier this year Norway Post bought the Swedish company Coldsped. The acquisition of IntertranspedlA and Ytrans should contribute to further develop Norway Post’s logistic services for the Swedish customers.
Moll Wendén’s team consisted of Anders Steén, Thomas Ogard as well as Lovisa Elardt.
