Quid – Kristianstad’s largest advertising agency – will become part of Infab Vitamin who acquire all shares in Quid from the seller company, Sappy AB. Quid and its 12 employees, will operate as a separate company maintaining the same staff and Louisa Jirsell continuing as CEO.
For years, the company has made positive developments and will now have additional resources and expertise for further progression. The buyer, Infab Vitamin, is a double ISO-certified communications agency with offices in Helsingborg, Malmö and Karlskrona. Together, the companies will have a combined 37 employees.
– We see it as positive and challenging to merge with a company with very strong expertise in both digital projects and public communications, says Louisa Jirsell. Infab Vitamin also has great expertise in tourism applications, geodata and film production. Along with Quid’s strengths in marketing strategy, advertising, print production and digital communication our offering to customers becomes very strong indeed.
Among Quid and Infab Vitamin’s clients are Hilding Anders Sweden, Culinar, Rosenqvists Irrigation, Rosenqvists Food Technology, C4 Energi, Sparbanken Skåne, Kronfågel, Akzo Nobel, Skånetrafiken, Biogen Idec, SVT, Oriflame, Sony, Ubisoft, Trafikverket, Region Skåne, Blekinge Landsting and Karlskrona kommun.
