Venture capital investment in Dexplora

The IT company Dexplora AB raises 9.3 million SEK through an issue of new shares. Investors are venture capital companies Creandum and DN Capital, as well as a group of renowned angel investors from Sweden, England and the United States.

Dexplora was founded in the summer of 2012 by, among others, Hampus Jakobsson and Michael Tellhed, who previously founded TAT in Malmö. Dexplora develops software that simplifies the sales process within companies. The investment will primarily be used in the process of launching its product GetSalesDone in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Through DN Capital and Creandum, Dexplora gets backed by two heavyweights, who together with the angel investors provide additional experience from the IT and telecom sector. DN Capital and Creandum will both be represented in the Board of Directors, together with the founders Michael Tellhed and Alfred Gunnarsson.

Moll Wendén Law Firm has advised Dexplora in connection with the investment.
